Cancellation policy

Bookings are not free cancellation
Booking is allowed to cancel at least 14 days before check-in date with a charge of 20% of total amount.
Cancellation between 1-13days charges 50% of total amount.
Cancellation on check-in date charges 90% of total amount.
Free changes of check-in date are allowed TWICE but have to be requested at least ONE WEEK before check-in date.

Terms, conditions and privacy policy

Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 22:00p.m. -10:00a.m.
Children under 8 are free above 8 will be charged $100/person(use the existing bed)
Please note that additional charges HKD 200 will be applied for late check-in after 11:00p.m.
No check in service after 01:00a.m.
A key deposit of HKD 200 in cash is required for check in.
Typhoon signal 8 issued before check-in time can request change of check-in date once.
Typhoon signal 8 issued after check-in time cannot change check-in date or cancel booking.
